Rutherford County’s “Biggest Loser” Contest Rules

1. Participant must be an employee of Rutherford County.

2. Participant must be enrolled in the County’s health insurance.

3. Participant must be at least 50 lbs. overweight.

4. Participant must be cleared by a physician to participate.

5. Participant must be willing to attend a weekly meeting in which they will be weighed and any progress or concerns about the program will be discussed. (Missing one or more than one of these meetings will result in the participant’s disqualification.)

6. Participant must be willing to be photographed, and must be willing to have his/her pictures, progress, etc. displayed on any published materials and on the GetRutherFIT website.

7. Participant must be willing to have a pre-program screening with a CareHere! physician.

8. Participant must commit to comply with the weight loss and nutrition program for the duration of the contest.
