Trey King – Recovery Court Coordinator
Trey joined the Rutherford County Recovery Court as the Coordinator in January 2015. He has a BS in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to joining the Rutherford County Recovery Court, Trey worked for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office as a Criminal Investigator. Trey has also served on the board of directors for the Rutherford County Support Foundation, a nonprofit entity that helps to support the Rutherford County Recovery Court. A native Tennessean and long time resident of Rutherford County, Trey and his wife have three children.
Anthony Yanis - Drug Court Case Manager
Anthony has been working for the Rutherford County Recovery Court since July of 2013. Prior to Recovery Court, Anthony has been employed by the Department of Children’s Service (Juvenile Justice), the New York City Board of Education, and Goodstein Management.
Marcus Jemison - Drug Court Case Manager
Bethany Lindsey - Drug Court Case Manager
Bethany received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Lipscomb University in 2004, and has been working with the Rutherford County Recovery Courts since April of 2006. Bethany and her husband attend North Boulevard Church of Christ.
Gayle Emery - Adult Drug Court Therapist
Gayle has been a therapist with Drug Court since January, 2001. She has a BS in Early Childhood Education from MTSU and a MA in Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee and has been working as a mental health professional for 23 years. Gayle is a native of Murfreesboro. She and her husband have 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
Kelly Lane - Administrative Assistant
Kelly started with the Recovery Courts in May of 2013. She has a background in legal assisting and administrative support for over 17 yrs.
Kay Haskell - DUI and Family Treatment Counselor
Kay came on board in January 2008 as the Counselor for the DUI and Family Treatment Court Programs. She has a BS in social work from MTSU and is a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor (LADAC) who has worked in the alcohol and drug treatment field for over twenty-five years. A native Tennessean, Kay and her husband have two daughters and two granddaughters.
Doris Hoffman, Assistant Director
Doris joined the Rutherford County Recovery Court as Assistant Coordinator in January 2015. She has a BS in Christian Ministries from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Masters Work in Child Development and Family Studies from MTSU and a Masters Degree in Public Service Administration (MSP) from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. She has worked in the Child Welfare field for the last eighteen years with a varied background in foster care, juvenile justice, adoptions, mental health, training and teaching. A long time resident of Rutherford County, Doris has three sons and one granddaughter. She attends Heritage Baptist Church in Smyrna, TN.
