CareHere! Weigh

The CareHere Weigh is a weight management program made up of 6 group classes that encourages healthy lifestyle changes. Four classes are led by the registered dietitian and two classes are led by the exercise physiologist. Participants will also have the opportunity to have a one on one consult with the registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, and the registered nurse. Topics covered in class include: hunger and fullness cues, meal timing, My Pyramid, portion sizes, details about carbohydrates, protein and fat, label reading, grocery shopping tips, overview of the components of a fitness program, strength training, cardio intervals, and exercise variety. The cost is $50 but the $50 will be refunded to participants who attend all six classes. In order to enroll in the program, contact Denise Halbert at dhalbert@carehere.com.
