Health Risk Assessment

Each employee and spouse that is covered by the Rutherford County Health Insurance Plan is eligible for an annual health risk assessment (HRA) free of charge at one of the CareHere clinics. The HRA involves a lifestyle and family history questionnaire as well as a blood draw and lab work. You will need to fast 12 hours before the HRA. Rutherford County and CareHere value your health an encourage you to take advantage of this great health benefit. You will be given a nice color report showing you a snapshot of your current health status.
