Health Risk Assessment Incentives

There will be five monthly $100 drawings for employees that completed their HRA for that month. There will also be quarterly drawings in which spouses may receive $1000.00 and employees may receive $2500.00. Monthly winners are eligible for quarterly prizes. You may schedule your HRA at the CareHere clinic at any time OR you may attend one of these sessions:

Grand Prizes funded by CareHere and not by Rutherford County Government.
The local CPA firm Jobe Hastings & Associates will conduct the drawings.
