Get RutherFIT Program Overview

The Get RutherFIT Program is Rutherford County's employee wellness program. The program is designed to encourage employees to achieve a healthy and physically fit lifestyle.

All County employees may participate in most events in the County's Wellness Program. Some sessions require enrollment in the County's health plan and members are also eligible for incentives offered by CareHere, our on-site medical provider.
