Magistrate Adam T. Dodd Magistrate Dodd was born in McMinnville, TN where he graduated from Warren County Senior High School in 1985. He lives in Murfreesboro with his wife, Karen, and their two children, Garret and Lexi. He is a member of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association, the Andrew Jackson American Inns of Court and the Tennessee Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. |

earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1992. He earned his J. D. degree from Nashville School of Law in 1999. He has been a sole practitioner in private practice since February of 2000. He began his work in the Juvenile Court of Rutherford County in 2000 representing clients in dependent, neglect and abuse cases as well as juveniles charged in delinquent and unruly cases. Magistrate Dodd began serving as the part time Juvenile Court Referee in 2006 while continuing to maintain his practice in the other courts in Rutherford and surrounding counties. Magistrate Dodd is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Tennessee as well as in Federal District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
