2012 SRO Special Needs Kids Rodeo Advertisement/Sponsorship Levels

Bronze – $500

• 5 tickets per night/fence banner/1 event sponsor/one night
• Complimentary secondary booth space
• Your business will be provided a 1/2 page B/W ad in the media guide and your business will be announced throughout each night of the rodeo.

Silver – $1,000

• 15 tickets per night/Chute banner/one night ticket sponsor/1 event sponsor per night/Chuck Wagon race banner that we provide
• Your business will be allowed to set up a display inside and outside the Miller Coliseum if they wish. The business name and logo will appear on all advertisements, for the rodeo including posters, newspaper, tickets for one night sponsoring, billboards, radio and television commercials.
• Your business will be provided a full page B/W ad in the media guide and your business will be announced throughout each night of the rodeo. With your permission, a chuck wagon with the banner will be placed in front of your business the week of the rodeo

Gold – $2,500 (4 only)

• 25 complimentary tickets per night/Main entrance wall of fame banner/chute banner/2 night ticket sponsor/Chuck Wagon race banner
• Your business will be allowed to set up a premium space display inside and outside the Miller Coliseum, receive Silver level rewards but receive top billing in all advertisements.
• Your business will be provided a full page color ad in the media guide and the business will be announced throughout each night of the rodeo. With your permission, a chuck wagon with the banner will be placed in front of your business the week of the rodeo

Fence Banner $250 or $300

We provide a banner (2ft.X6 ft.) with your logo that is displayed for the Special Needs Kids Rodeo (closed to the public) and both nights of the rodeo (open to the public).  The cost is $300.00 for the first year banner and $250.00 if we have your banner.

Media Guide Advertisement

The media guide is very important for the fundraising aspect of the rodeo. If you cannot choose a Gold, Silver, or Bronze level sponsorship, your advertising in the media guide is just as important. You can see last year’s guide at www.rutherfordcountytn.gov/sro/event_rodeo.htm

Ad sizes are:
Business card size – $25
Half Page – $125 
Full Page – $250
