Officer Urban graduated from MTSU in May 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He began his law enforcement career with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department in January 2000. He worked in the Patrol Division until January 2002. He was then promoted to the School Resource Officer Division. Officer Urban is currently assigned to Walter Hill Elementary & Wilson Elementary.
