Officer Welch was born in Clarksville, Tennessee and attended North East High school. He graduated in 1992. Officer Welch went on to join the Marine Corps and later became an officer of law. He has been an officer for six years now and takes pride in his line of work. He has been an SRO of three years, two of which have been here at Smyrna High School. Officer Welch is currently in college at Austen Peay State University studying Criminal law and Homeland Security. He maintains a 3.8 GPA.
